Good to know.
Do I need to know how to paint?+
No. If you can color inside a line, you can do this. Pick Relaxed for your first piece — big shapes, fewer colors, usually six to ten hours in total.
What photos work best?+
Sharp photos with a clear subject and good light. Our AI checks your upload and tells you if anything might hold the result back before you pay.
How long does delivery take?+
Kits ship within 7 days, free. Studio hand-painted pieces take around 30 days because a real artist paints them for you.
Will I have to mix colors?+
Only a few, and always from a recipe: “2 parts No. 15 + 1 part No. 5”. Relaxed uses at most 2 mixes, Detailed up to 6. Everything else comes straight from the pot.
What if I make a mistake?+
Light colors go first, darker colors cover small overlaps, and the outline pass tidies every edge. If something truly goes wrong, we'll reprint your canvas at cost.
How many changes can I make to the artwork?+
Each piece includes 6 design credits — generating a style or making an edit uses one. Most people are happy after two or three.
